Accessibility Statement
AblaView S.L. is committed to making ablaview.com accessible to the broadest possible audience, including people with disabilities, in line with the principles of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 on accessibility of public sector websites and apps, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA.
1. Conformance status
This website targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The site is partially conformant: most pages meet Level AA at the time of publication, and known limitations are listed below.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with a single <h1> per page, descriptive headings, and meaningful landmark regions (<header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>).
- A “Skip to main content” link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Keyboard accessibility: every interactive control can be reached and operated with the keyboard alone.
- Sufficient colour contrast for body text and interactive controls under both light and dark themes.
- Form labels, ARIA attributes, and accessible names on icon-only buttons.
- Self-hosted typefaces with reduced layout shift (font-display: swap).
- Respect for the user’s
prefers-reduced-motionsetting where animations are used. - Alternative text on meaningful images.
3. Known limitations
- Some embedded diagrams currently use SVG without long descriptions. We are adding ARIA descriptions for complex visualisations on the technology and clinical pages.
- The investor relations form launches the user’s default email client rather than submitting a server form. This is a deliberate design choice for privacy; an accessible web-form fallback is on the roadmap.
- Tables on the investor and clinical pages may require horizontal scrolling on narrow viewports.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier that is not listed here, please tell us so we can prioritise the fix.
4. Feedback and contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of ablaview.com. Send your observations, accessibility complaints, or alternative-format requests to accessibility@ablaview.com. We will acknowledge your request within five working days and respond substantively within twenty.
5. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant supervisory authority in your EU Member State responsible for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/882. In Spain, the competent authority is the Spanish Office of Accessibility Issues coordinated by the Ministry for Social Rights and Agenda 2030.
6. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 16 May 2026 by AblaView S.L. based on an internal review of the production website against WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. The statement will be reviewed at least annually and after every substantial change to the website.
