AblaView is a medical technology company developing the first polarization-sensitive optical coherence reflectometry (PS-OCR) platform for real-time guidance of cardiac ablation procedures. The system pairs a fiber-optic catheter with a console and a four-model Clinical AI Engine to deliver tissue characterization, contact assessment, lesion durability prediction, and safety detection during atrial fibrillation ablation. AblaView supports both radiofrequency and pulsed-field energy and is modality-agnostic at the guidance layer.
First-in-human results published in Europace (February 2025) demonstrated 100% specificity for durable PFA lesion prediction at three-month follow-up with no device-related serious adverse events. The AblaView platform was acquired outright by AblaView S.L. in 2026 with 70+ patents across 9 jurisdictions, 25 terabytes of proprietary clinical data, and the full technical team.
Investigational device. The AblaView® system is under preclinical/clinical investigation. It is not FDA approved nor CE labelled. Active FDA pre-submission programme for the Clinical AI Engine. Dated milestones are shared with qualified partners under NDA.
